Adult Participant Waiver & Consent Terms
1. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
In consideration of the acceptance of my application for the 71 x ARC Studio Dance Summer Camp 2026 in London (the “Programme”), I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, property damages or which may hereafter occur to me as a result of my participation in the Programme. This release is intended to discharge in advance 71 Entertainment and ARC Studio London (the “Organisers”) along with their officials, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from liability, even though that liability may arise out of perceived negligence on the part of persons mentioned above.
It is understood that some recreational activities involve an element of physical risk or danger of accidents; and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks.
2. Medical Consent
I authorise the Organisers to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf in the event of illness, injury, or any medical emergency arising during participation in the Programme where immediate treatment is considered necessary.

The Organiser maintains event and public liability insurance for the Programme. This does not replace personal medical, travel, or accident insurance, which remains the responsibility of each participant.

I understand and agree that the Organisers do not provide medical or health insurance coverage for participants. I accept full responsibility for any medical, hospital, transportation, or related expenses incurred as a result of treatment received during or in connection with the Programme.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact my emergency contact where appropriate.
3. Photo & Media Release
I understand and acknowledge that photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during participation in the Programme, including classes, workshops, rehearsals, performances, and related activities.

I grant permission to 71 Entertainment and ARC Studio Creative Limited / ARC Studio London to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute such photographs, videos, recordings, and related materials for promotional, marketing, educational, website, social media, and other lawful business purposes without compensation or prior approval. I understand that all such materials shall remain the sole property of ARC Studio Creative Limited.
