Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or booking a place at the 71 x ARC Studio Summer Dance Camp 2026, participants agree to the following booking Terms & Conditions.

(a) Booking & Payment

  1. Full payment or an agreed instalment payment plan (via Klarna or ClearPay) must be completed in order to secure your place at the camp.

  2. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

  3. All payments must be made through the official booking platform or approved payment methods provided by the organiser.

(b) Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. All bookings and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  2. Tickets, packages, and bookings may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged to another person under any circumstances.

  3. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled entirely by the organiser.

  4. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, refunds will cover only the amount paid directly to the organiser for the event ticket and will not include any external costs such as processing fees, flights, accommodation, transport, visa fees, or other personal expenses.

  5. The organiser reserves the right to make final decisions regarding any amendments, credits, transfers, or special considerations, and shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, or expenses arising from declined requests.

(c) Adjustment to the programme

  1. The organiser reserves the right to modify the event schedule, programme structure, workshop content, instructors, choreographers, judges, guests, venues, or activities at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. While we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible regarding any changes to the teacher or choreographer line-up, changes may occasionally occur at short notice and without prior notification.

  3. Any such changes shall not be considered grounds for refunds, transfers, or compensation.

(d) Participant Conduct

  1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, instructors, fellow participants, and venue staff at all times.

  2. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant from the camp without refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others.

(e) Health & Safety

  1. Participants take part in all dance classes, workshops, rehearsals, and activities at their own risk.

  2. The organiser is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

  3. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically able to participate in dance-related activities.

(f) Photography & Media Release

  1. By attending the camp, participants consent to being photographed and filmed during classes, performances, and activities.

  2. The organiser reserves the right to use any photos, videos, or recordings for promotional, marketing, social media, and commercial purposes without additional permission or compensation.

(g) Travel & Accommodation

  1. Participants who purchase the London (All-Inclusive) Package will receive accommodation and meals for the official duration of the camp only, as specified within the package details.

  2. Accommodation and meals are not included for participants booking other package options unless explicitly stated.

  3. All participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, visas, insurance, and personal expenses unless otherwise specified within their selected package.

  4. The organiser shall not be held responsible for travel disruptions, accommodation issues outside the official package period, visa refusals, or any additional costs incurred by participants.

(h) Auditions & Industry Opportunities

  1. All auditions, evaluations, selections, callbacks, and recruitment decisions conducted during or in connection with the event are made solely at the discretion of the participating entertainment companies, agencies, industry representatives, or dance crews.

  2. The organiser does not participate in, influence, or control the selection process or final decisions made by any third-party company or representative.

  3. All audition results and decisions shall be deemed final and binding. No correspondence, appeals, reviews, or disputes regarding audition outcomes will be entered into by the organiser.

  4. Participation in any audition, showcase, workshop, or industry-related activity does not guarantee selection, representation, trainee opportunities, employment, contracts, or future opportunities of any kind.

  5. The organiser shall not be held liable for any decision, action, communication, or outcome made by participating third-party companies or representatives.

(i) Minors & Parental Consent

  1. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian prior to registering for or attending the event.

  2. By completing a booking on behalf of a participant under 18, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the participant.

  3. The parent or legal guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor participant’s conduct, safety, medical needs, and participation in all event activities.

  4. The organiser reserves the right to request proof of parental or guardian consent at any time.

(j) Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, venue closures, or travel disruptions.
